At DNMQ Visuals, we take pride in our work and the added value we bring to your properties. Please note that all of these policies are part of our terms and conditions, which you must agree to before booking an appointment.
FAQs
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Confirmed appointments canceled or rescheduled within 1 hour before the appointment start time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
We genuinely value your understanding, as arranging last-minute shoot reschedules can be strenuous due to scheduling constraints. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved. We kindly ask that you please inform us of any changes as soon as possible, as this allows us to provide the best possible assistance tailored to your needs. Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated!
If we are unable to shoot your property due to rain, we will reschedule you at no additional cost. In such cases, please ensure that we are notified at least 6 hours prior to your shoot.
TRAVEL FEE
We service a 40-mile driving radius from the center of our primary service area (Laurel, MD). Appointments with the following ranges will receive trip fees:
0 miles to 39.9 miles = $0
40 miles to 54.9 miles = $25
55 miles to 64.9 miles = $50
65 miles to 74.9 miles = $100
75 miles to 84.9 miles = $150
Properties outside the 85-driving mile radius are beyond the service area and we will not be able to service them.
PROPERTY ACCESS
By booking an appointment, you are confirming that you have the authority to give us access to the property and that you have given proper notice to tenants.
PERSONAL ITEMS
The Client is expected to have the property "camera ready" prior to the beginning of the arrival window. This includes all cleaning and furniture staging.
We ask that you have your clients review our Getting Ready Guide
If the Photographer arrives at the appointment and the home is not ready, the property will be shot "As Is".

Shot Selection
We value your feedback and input for choosing the best angles to photograph the property. If you would like to give input, please meet the Photographer at the beginning of the appointment or add notes in the "comments" section of the order.
Absent your input, the Phototographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide which angles will best highlight the property.
One-time Feedback
All our shoots include a complimentary round of feedback and revisions. Additional changes beyond this will incur a fee.
Floorplans
The primary purpose of our floor plan service is to give potential buyers a representation of layouts and general dimensions. Though our scans are approximately 95% accurate, the numbers may not exactly match public records as measured by an accredited architect.

Hosting
DNMQ Visuals will guarantee media hosting for one-year from appointment date, with the exception of Matterport 3D Tour & Floorplan. Matterport media will be stored until sold, with a maximum of six months. Once the hosting time expires, the user is responsible for permanent media storage.
Data loss
In the unlikely event of file loss before content is delivered, we will refund you the amount you paid for the lost content.
Payment terms and Refunds
You will be invoiced at the time all media has been delivered. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. After 15 days of non-payment, a late fee of $25/month will be assessed. If there is a balance on your account that is over 45 days outstanding, DNMQ Visuals will freeze all assets & pause the ordering process until the balance has been paid. After 90 days of non-payment, we will send the account to collections.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; DNMQ Visuals has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the shoot has occurred and photos have been delivered) it is then considered non-refundable.
Refunds will NOT be given due to not liking the photos.
